Domestic Shipping:
- Shipping: We ship sarees across India.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipping depending on the area.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Shipping charge of ₹50 for orders below ₹499. Extra ₹100 would be charged for COD

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email / message with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

Handling and Packaging:
All sarees are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

Pincode Serviceability:
We deliver to most pincodes across India. In case your pincode is not serviceable, our customer service team will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
Delivery Issues:
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to us.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or public holidays, delivery times may be extended. We will keep you informed in such cases.
International Shipping:
- Availability: We ship to multiple countries worldwide.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 10-15 business days.
- Delivery Time: International delivery times vary by destination: 10 – 20 days.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

- If you refuse to pay the customs charges, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
